Heather Locklear and boyfriend of 4 years, Jack Wagner are officially engaged. This will be Locklear’s 3rd marriage. Locklear divorced Bon Jovi rocker, Richie Sambora, in 2007 after 13 years of marriage. She was also married to Tommy Lee for 7 years.
